Some recommended sites are the Talisman Energy Fossil Gallery..., Try to pump air through the snout of the Daspletosaurus skull. Quickly now, how many claws does a T rex have? The Animalium is packed with hissing cockroaches and banana slugs, tarantulas and walking sticks. We have some super cool mammals here in Canada and the Mammal Gallery lets you get up close to fascinating dioramas -- while you're there give the polar bear fur a scratch. Need to feel small? There is an actual massive skeleton of a blue whale in the RBC Blue Water Gallery. There's nothing quite like immediate perspective! We also really enjoy the Fossil Gallery, with loads of amazing rock samples and pieces of meteorites.
